As part of the new vaping regulations rolling out through March 2024, the nicotine content in disposable vapes and closed pods will be limited.
The changes to the nicotine content of disposable and pre-filled (closed pod) vapes come sooner than the changes to the nicotine content of e-juices / e-liquids. These changes are only part of new vaping laws – child safety mechanisms, removable (or rechargeable) batteries, and flavour naming regulations make up the whole package. The government is introducing regulations for suppliers and retailers of vaping products at the same time to help keep them accountable.
